Editorial policy
What we do and don't do when producing Cloudways coverage.
No fabricated reviews or ratings
We do not publish invented testimonials, star ratings, or review counts. Where we haven't implemented genuine, verifiable user reviews, we don't display review-style structured data implying we have.
Pricing accuracy
Cloud infrastructure pricing changes without notice. Wherever we state a price, we mark it as an estimate and point to the provider's live pricing page as the source of truth, rather than presenting our own number as permanently current.
Hands-on testing
When we describe testing (our Cloudways review, for example), that reflects an actual server we provisioned and ran, not a rewrite of Cloudways' own marketing copy.
Corrections
If something is factually wrong or out of date, we fix it and note the update date on the affected page. Use our contact page to flag an issue.
Affiliate relationships
Our commercial relationship with Cloudways (a referral link, disclosed on our affiliate disclosure page) does not change how we describe performance, pricing, or support quality.
