Cloudways login

The Cloudways platform login is separate from any individual WordPress or app-level login on a server you've provisioned. This page covers both, plus what to do if you're locked out.

Platform login

Your Cloudways account (the dashboard where you manage servers, apps, billing, and team access) is reached from Cloudways' own site, not from this one — we're an independent guide, not Cloudways itself. If you already have an account, go directly to Cloudways and sign in from there. If you don't yet have one, our referral link takes you to sign-up.

Can't sign in?

  • Forgotten password — use the password-reset flow on Cloudways' own login screen; resets are handled entirely on their side, not ours.
  • Two-factor issues — if you've lost access to your 2FA method, Cloudways' support chat (available 24/7 from your account, or from their site before login for pre-sign-up questions) is the correct channel.
  • Wrong login, right account — if you signed up via SSO (Google) originally, a plain email/password attempt will fail even with the right email. Try the SSO option first.

App-level vs platform login

Logging into the Cloudways dashboard is different from logging into WordPress (or another app) hosted on a Cloudways server — that's a separate WP-admin login you set during app installation. See our WordPress on Cloudways page for how that's configured.
